Indiblogger Kose Meet & #Unboxing of Spawake Range

Hey Everyone!

April 10th evening is worth mentioning. It was so special that I just can’t skip on it. I was meeting my beau <3 and so many fellow blogger friends that I was overwhelmed even by the thoughts of it. Thanks to Indiblogger iconic meets, it becomes possible to meet so many bloggers from different genres. And it was one of those evening, an exclusive Indiblogger meet. A meet in Delhi happened after such a long time that it felt as if decades have passed … now I shouldn't be complaining, because finally this happened. :D

For some, Indi inspired them and helped them get introduced to the world of blogging. For some, Indi is like a family. For me, Indi is my family. Indi has given me more than I could ever ask for. It feels like a new life altogether. Thank you Indiblogger. Stay awesome as you are and may you achieve even greater heights.

Coming on to the evening; it was a women centric meet as a Japanese cosmetic brand, Kose, was embarking its presence in India with the launch of Spawake, A skin care brand, made specially, keeping in mind the needs of the Indian women.

It all started with random joke and learning Japanese overnight, while everyone was settling in for the meet to really begin. And then, as always, our unbeatable Emcee, Anoop Johnson took the charge and started the fun evening. Trust me, when it comes to leg pulling or taking someone’s case, no one can beat him; He Is That good!!

Great laughs and funny interactive games always help in breaking the ice and also to get introduced to brilliant fellow bloggers.

During the meet, whole Spawake range was launched and Aditi Rao Hydari also showed her celebrity presence as she is the Brand Ambassador of Spawake. This made evening even more special. She is so humble and cute.

FYI, all you fashionistas out there- She was wearing an embellished Shehlaa Khan gown and I must tell you, she was looking absolutely gorgeous. Loved her simple sober yet classy look.

Finally the evening wrapped up with wine and dines, laughter and smiles and goodbyes …. Just to meet super soon again. Yes Indi we can wait for the next meet.

Indiblogger and Kose also gave us beautiful Spawake hampers in the well-crafted wooden box (I adore this box!!). These guys surely know very well how to pamper ladies ;)

So, let’s move on to #Unboxing and #FirstImpressions of Spawake range.

Box contains-                        1) Whole range of Spawake products which are launched
                        2) A Face Towel
                        3) A wooden mirror &
                        4) An 8GB pen drive.

The whole range is very affordable and has goodness of seaweed in it. Spawake’s moto is – "Let the beauty of your skin be sea deep". It is an after spa range, meant to give you healthy, beautiful glow. Made for Indian Skin using Japanese technology and elements from the deep beautiful sea.

Every product smells awesome and just after one usage you can see the effect of the products on your skin. I’m quite impressed with it. Detailed reviews of all the products from Spawake are coming soon on the blog, so stay tuned!

Once again, I would like to thank indiblogger for a mesmerizing experience and for such amazing pampering range. You guys rock !!

Japanese Cosmetic Company KOSÉ enters Indian market with the launch SPAWAKE

Pictured Above : The complete KOSÉ Spawake range!
New Delhi, India, 10th April 2015 – KOSÉ Corporation announced the launch of new skincare brand Spawake. It makes its entry in the Indian cosmetics market under the local Indian operating company KOSE Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. The Spawake portfolio will include 7 product variants & 13 SKU’s marketed at Indian women and available at urban supermarkets, mainly in Delhi NCR, and the online e-commerce website.

Founded in 1946, KOSÉ Corporation is one of the largest beauty & cosmetic companies of Japan. Till date, KOSÉ’S overseas business has focused on the export of brand products that are established in Japan. However with the launch of Spawake, KOSÉ has optimized the product as per local conditions, in this case developing new products to reflect Indian culture and market character characteristics, manufacturing the products in India and supplying them through appropriate local channels.

KOSÉ positioned overseas business expansion as a growth driver in the medium-term business plan starting FY2012. As part of this strategy, KOSÉ selected India as a new market with future potential and established the local operating company KOSE Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. in October 2013. The local company has since been preparing to enter the Indian Cosmetic Market.

With the start of sales in India, KOSÉ will now be operating in 25 countries and regions and will continue to work to expand its global presence across countries such as - China, Taiwan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, US, Canada, Australia, Italy, UK, Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, Norway, Denmark, and India

Commenting on the Indian strategy, Mr. Takashi Nomura, Director & CEO, KOSE Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. said, “KOSÉ has always stood up for ‘Wisdom and Beauty for people and the earth’ and the decision to enter India is just an extension of that philosophy. We are extremely delighted in having the opportunity to bring spa like indulgence at home. Spawake is an expression of KOSÉ commitment to bring sea deep beauty to every Indian woman and we look forward to receiving tremendous response.”

Spawake is a skincare cosmetics brand developed independently by KOSÉ to meet the needs of, and growth potential in the Indian cosmetics market. KOSÉ leveraged its technical development capabilities and brand marketing expertise built up over many years to develop this product range. Based on the concept of refreshing and revitalizing the skin for a fresh, after-spa glow, the Spawake range will be marketed at women in their 20s and 30s living in urban areas, particularly in the capital Delhi. Reminiscent of Japan, all the products contain an extract of Japanese kelp (Laminaria Japonica) and sea salt, which are commonly used marine cosmetic ingredients. By protecting one’s skin against UV rays, drying and the harmful effects caused by environment, the products cater to urban women fighting daily environmental stress.

Aditi Rao Hydari, the beautiful brand ambassador of Spawake!
The brand has appointed Bollywood actress - Aditi Rao Hydari, as its brand ambassador. Speaking on her association with the brand, the actress commented saying, “It’s a privilege to be associated with KOSÉ and to be launching Spawake in the country. The products define a winning combination for me, fusing traditional techniques with advanced Japanese skin care technology. Using natural ingredients from the sea, these products are perfect for urban women with a busy schedule. Japanese women are admired world over for their skin and hair and it’s exciting to be a part of a brand that aims at bringing some best kept beauty secrets, known for centuries in Japan, to Indian women”

KOSÉ will initially launch a moisturizing and a whitening line to satisfy strong demand for these types of products. Together, these two skincare lines will provide a series of two types of facial cleanser, four types of moisturizing cream, and one cream face pack. Spawake plans to launch products under these key categories:

Journey of You and I ... #Together

“You and I were destined to meet.
You and I are blessed to be together.”

“WE” happened when we least expected love to knock on our doors. I guess, that’s the quality of love, it swipes you off your floor and takes to a beautiful paradise.

We met by-chance, I mean so by-chance that even “by-chance” would be amazed at such a happy coincidence. I was invited to an event, for which I was having second thoughts to attend, thanks to my laziness and lethargic attitude at times. My masters got over recently and I just wanted to lie down and relax and enjoy. But my super awesome fellow blogger friends pushed me to attend this event, just so that we can meet and have some fun time. Who knew at that time that I will run into this quirky weirdo and will fall in love with all his wits and humor?

I entered the hall and there he was standing right in front of registration desk, cracking a joke. While I was registering for the event, I eves-dropped on that conversation and couldn’t stop myself from laughing on that silly joke. Later on, I realized he was from the team of organizers; I didn’t give much importance thereafter and went ahead with my friends to have some gala time in that event. Later on to our amazement, he joined us with the beer bottles in his hand on that hot summer afternoon. And I guess, It’s too hard to say no to chilled beer.

This guy who got my eye on him from the very moment I stepped in the even hall is tall, dark, handsome and super witty. To that first joke that I heard on the reception, I still can’t stop laughing/ smiling at. Yes he knows way to a girl’s heart; make her laugh hard, and you have chance to be with her (If she is single :P ). While sharing those chilled beers and having some witty conversation about life, social media and blogging. I saw him noticing me. I guess, even he got his eyes on me and that might be the reason that he came to us with those beer bottles.

Spicy Pani-Puri led us to each other !!

That silly conversation is an unforgettable memory stamped in our brains for the lifetime because that led us to each other. A harmless conversation about Pani-puri (Our first love) led us to each other. No one could have imagined that Golgappas could be the reason for our first date. We never imagined even in our wildest dream that we will find love like that. That we will be together one day, holding each other with a promise of never letting go no matter how hard this journey will be.

He comes from the southern part or India and I’m a born Punjabi. Some may say that we are making “2 states” in reverse, which honestly I can’t deny.  But just like Krish and Ananya we have fought against all the odds and found our way to each other.

He is my strength. We love, we kiss and yes, we even fight (a lot). We are like Tom and Jerry who can’t live without each other no matter how much they fight. He defines my journey. I never felt so admired and loved as much as I feel with him. He knows the value of appreciation. We share a strong bond of trust.

#Together we are ready for some fun filled adventurous future.
Cheers to Love! Cheers to us!!

#StartANewLife on Your Own Terms !

Often we forget about the things that push us up further, and the things that weigh us down. There are many aspects of our life where we try desperately to cling on to something that has only a negative effect on us. One such incident that happened to me, was when I moved out of my career as a fully qualified advocate, and into the industry of social media.

Naturally, this being India, I had a whole bunch of people telling me not to do this, and that I was throwing my life away and ruining my future and whatnot. To me it was clear, Why would I want to waste my time on this planet, spending most of it on a career that puts me to sleep so easily?

It was not easy, and it was definitely a lot scarier than I imagined at first. The sheer amount of networking that you need to do, and the contacts that need to be built from the ground-up, were my biggest challenges starting out. Its not easy to get work in a field where literally anyone who has an active social life, can be a potential competitor!

It took a while, but I finally started to put together my own contacts, began to source out work from various running campaigns, and eventually, I was able to put my law degree into storage, hoping that I'll never have to fall back on it again. But I must say, the courage needed to do this without a fallback option, is something a lot of people are forced to show. Kudos to you all!

Another huge leap that I took was deciding that it was time to move out of my parents' house. That last step where they make you feel like you're betraying all of humanity, was not an easy one, but I grit my teeth and went for it. I'm happy to say that it has helped me immensely, allowing me to work at my own pace, and build up my career with the time and care that it needs.

Finding a new place to stay was not even remotely easy. Finding brokers, filtering out the reliable ones, looking at potential areas and their distance from places of work and looking for a decent apartment in a decent locality are all very difficult to do to begin with. But what truly hammers the nail on the coffin, is finding all this for the right price! If websites like Housing.com had existed at the time, there is no doubt that my life would have been so much easier!

So, have you made any strong changes? Talk about any of the moments where you felt the overwhelming need to #StartANewLife and how you went about it!

#LookUp with a Positive Attitude

Last one year was a roller-coaster ride for me. I think the beginning of 2014 was itself sad. It was as if somebody tried to kill me under the pressure of a huge rock but at that time I had no choice but to collect each and every shattered piece of me and get back on my feet as the submissions of my Master’s research work was around the corner and I couldn't jeopardize that just because my life went through hell.

Fly with Positivism

That was the very time when I realized that life was never supposed to be easy or simple, it was always meant to move on, be strong and to rise and shine. No one will serve me everything that I want or need on a golden plate; I have to keep a positive attitude and struggle to get everything that I wish to have. I decided then to #LookUp , be strong and move on and create path of happiness for myself and for my loved ones.
They say “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade”. I say “True that” but why not go a step ahead, extract all lime juice, refrigerate and sell the same when the lemon prices go high. Yes, I know the analogy that I drew is weird but believe me, it works. Many positive lessons of life are learnt when we face something hard and terrible in life.

Life is never the same. Every day brings in a new hope and some sweet- sour surprises; welcome them with open arms. Each day is a beautiful gift to learn something new in life, to be a better person than what you were yesterday. To prove to the world that you “Never say Never”. To get up and look up and believe in yourself even more.

There be days when you won’t feel like getting up from your bed just because no one served you your regular bed tea/coffee. Or when you don’t want to go to office, because just last night you had a huge argument with your boss just before you were about to leave office or it could be even the silliest that your boyfriend forgot to call you before he slept but don’t you know it in your heart that he truly deeply loves you? .. Exactly that I’m talking about, try to find something positive even when everything you think is going downside. Be optimistic and move on to greater heights. #LookUp and smile to say “Thank you for this beautiful life

If I can do this and be happy in my life and rejoice every moment of each day, I’m sure even you can.

I would like to end this post with the beautiful quote from Sarah Kay – “Life will hit you hard in the face, wait for you to get back up just so it can kick you in the stomach. But getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.”

I highly recommend you to check out https://housing.com/lookup and keep the positive attitude.

Pimple Problems : Panic Personified

As you might know, I’ve a normal with no as such big time issues but every once in a while I get that zit/pimple or whatever you call that monster on the face to ruin my mood and sometimes, even my life. Every girl on this planet will agree with me that even a tiny pimple has the ability to give us sleepless nights. They just tend to appear at the most inopportune times.

Pimple means end of the world !!

Around New Years’ time, I was very excited about a party I planned to attend with my girls, right until I spotted a huge monstrous pimple on my face. With just a day to go for the party, it seemed like my life was at an end. After all, it is no big secret that girls night out meant taking more selfies than humanly possible! My first impulse was to take a deep breath and pop it, overcome only thanks to the “Never pop a pimple” lesson that our mothers beat into us when we grow. Needless to say, it was one lesson I had to learn the hard way, several times, in my adolescent years.

Stop Popping Pimples

Popping a pimple might make it less noticeable for a while but it isn’t a permanent solution to the plague called pimples. When you squeeze a pimple, you are actually pushing dead skin, oil and bacteria further into the skin, resulting in redness, swelling and possibly scarring. Instead, let the pimple dry out naturally and it calm down naturally but if you are anything like me, totally impatient and if it is causing much irritation then the best thing to do is to rub an ice cube over it which will help in reduction of inflammation or if you want it to dry out ASAP you can try making a paste of Multani mitti( Fuller’s earth) + 2 drops of lemon + crushed neem and leave it on the zit overnight, Pimple will dry up and it will become easier to cover it with right concealer. And if you are too lucky then you might just vanish with no acne marks that too.

What saved me from embarrassment that night was this miracle paste and my concealer yet this is not a long term solution. At that very moment I decided that my skin needs some good care so that I don’t run in to similar situation again as my best friend’s wedding is around the corner and I just cannot afford to have face full of pimples, but you know when you want something to NOT happen, it certainly does happen (Murphy’s law).  So, I was cautious this time and I decided that I should try out the products which swear by reducing the development of pimples on a clear skin and I landed up investing in Garnier Neem face Wash.
Garnier Neem face Wash

I have always been a fan of Garnier skin care products and this one for sure was no different. Within 3 washes, my face was clear and there was no sign of pimple on it. I will be sharing the detailed review of this product in my next post. But for now I can surely say I’m sticking around with this face wash for a long long time.
After using Garnier Neem Face wash I realized that over all structure of my skin looks improved and it is even smoother than before. It contains Neem and Tea Tree oil; it’s no secret that these 2 active ingredients helps in curbing the pimples.

DIY your own scrub with Garnier Neem Facewash.

Brew some Green-Tea leaves/ tea-bag. Add coin-size amount of facewash in it. You can also add drops of your favorite essential oil. Apply it on damn face just like a regular mask. Leave it for 5 mins and then gently scrub it and wash your face with warm water.

It doesn’t dry out my face and it cleanses it thoroughly. I’m super impressed with product and I’m really happy that Garnier came out with the wonder solution to the painful pimples with innovative face wash like this one. So whenever I get the pimples, I reach out for the simple solution lying on the slab of my washroom in the white squeezy tube.

No Fikar when you relocate, Just choose Quikr !!

Bangalore or now known as known as Bengluru, the Garden City is one of the most amazing and coolest city in India. They say (they being my school/college friends and even some relatives, who are living there because of their Jobs in Hi-fi MNCs, as B’lore being the silicon city, is the hub of all great software engineers) for north-Indians living in this city is a task. I’m sure they have their reasons for the same like, language and food issues, traffic jams, difference in culture etc. But still I beg to differ, I visited this city of dreams in the year of 2011 and this place won my heart the moment I landed, thanks to the wonderful cool weather. I stayed in Bangalore for 2 months, all by myself and honestly, that was the time of my life.

I loved everything about this city, even though I’m from Delhi but still B’lore is closer to my heart than Delhi. It is such a cool city with awesome people. It is urban in its own way yet it keeps the traditions alive, thanks to the rich heritage of Karnataka. I call it a Youth city, as most of the people residing there are young but not just by age but even in their ways. I have found that people in Bangalore are more active and lively than I have seen in any other city.

So, when anyone from my family asks me where do I wish to settle in India, my immediate response is – Bangalore. I love the feel of this city. Aww, I just can’t stop thinking about my time that I spent there. Those memories are super close to my heart and I wish to cherish them for life.

Hopefully, I will be moving to B’lore soon and I just cannot wait for that soon to come :P. So, if I do that, I’m going to either reside in Kormangla (that’s where Meghna Biryani is ;) ) or to Jayanagar or to Marathali ( as all my friends/relatives reside there). But foremost requirement for me would be the right apartment and I know for sure to get one the city this big, it isn’t going to be easy, but hey, I have a solution for that as well - Quikr. So, when Quikr is there, I don’t have to do any Fikar.

Category Options on site

With such a user friendly website, i.e. Quikr, I can easily find an apartment as per my requirement with much ease. Just Sign-up, choose your city and your locality and Voilà!! Now feel free to browse the categories you wish to choose, so in my case that would be real estate. I would want an epic flat, in the locality of my choice. A flat that I can call my home. Even though, I would love to have a property of my own but honestly speaking, I would first find a rented accommodation. The layout of the website is simple and with so many filters and superb search mechanism, finding an accommodation of my choice won’t be a difficult task. It even saves the hideous and expensive task of finding a property dealer/middle-man/broker as well. I can just contact the owner directly. Great isn’t it?

Filters - as per your requirements
Get Alerts as per your need for free

And once my apartment, my new home would be done, I would love nothing more but a vehicle for myself. In the big city like Bangalore, distances are too much. I believe in public transport more than anything but I strongly feel one needs to have their own vehicle as well so that they need not to depend up on others during the time of emergency. For this also quikr has a quick solution, just the way I chose the flat, I can also choose car/bike/scooter/scooty or even bicycle. Checkout their vehicle section here.

Numerous options
Customized Filters for different categories!!

Impressed!! Aren’t you? I love this website, it brings buyers and seller closer and you can easily choose the products or other stuff as per your requirement. I would strongly recommend you this website. If you are planning to relocate yourself from one city to another- Quikr will help you save a lot of time, money and exertion.

This post is written for the Indiblogger Happy Hour. But I strongly recommend http://bangalore.quikr.com/ for anyone who is planning to move to the amazing city-Bangalore, as I would be doing the same pretty soon. It is one of the best classified-site I have ever come across.

DIWALI - My Favorite Festival

Diwali is certainly most popular festival of India. At the time of Diwali everything around looks so neat and clean, so new and beautiful. It is a festival of lights and during the period approaching Diwali, my city, my true love – Delhi, has a different charm altogether. It looks so bride-like, covered with golden lights all around on the moon-less night of Diwali. Diyas, Candles, LED lights etc., everywhere brings about the right amount of blingy charm to the city. And to add on to this delight, the hindu-calender makes it fall in the month of Oct/Nov(My favourite months of the year). So pleasant, so calm, so serene.

Immense Glow. Thanks to bright Diyas

I’m not a religious person per se, but I do believe in the phrase “Good over Evil” for which this festival is so keenly celebrated. I truly believe the charm of this particular festival, brings us much closer to our family and dear ones. It makes us see good in the people and there is positivity in the air due to the festive mood and preparation. It helps us get rid of the junk, which we might have been collecting for ages (Junk is also an evil, as it clusters the space and doesn’t let the positive aroma stay). It is believed that Goddess Lakshmi visits the homes of the people (devotees) on the night of the Diwali. (Tabhi toh sab safai main lag jaate hain, lakshmi maiyya ko impress jo karna hai :P). Jokes apart, clean home brings happiness and positivity. So whether I wish to clean my room for the rest of the year; during Diwali time I can’t help but to get rid of the stuff, which is of no use any longer.

I love Diwali particularly for 2 reasons:

I’m a girl and yay I get to shop. :P. Ethnic new clothes, jewellery and hey, hey ... New Shoes :D. I’m already done for with my shopping this year for Diwali yet, you know, it’s never enough.

And second reason being, My friends and family. Most of my friends who stay in the different part of the country, visit their home to celebrate their #GharwaliDiwali. Thus, we get to meet, hangout and make new memories. (I’m missing you guys... come soon). Flowers, bright and colourful lights, sweets and awesome food everywhere ... Everything about this festival is just amazing.
Diwali and Oh So many Gifts :D

Diwali gives us the chance to meet our relatives and friends, whom we haven’t seen for ages. Meet, greet and exchange some lovely gifts. Gifts; who doesn’t love them. I think Diwali is a 5 Day occasion, meant for gifting. Gifts pour from everywhere and each day is a new reason for a new gift. Starting form Dhanteras – When I usually get some jewellery piece from parents and going all the way till 5th Day- BhaiyaDooj; when I just miss the chance to extort money from my dear lil brother: D
For me #GharwaliDiwali means Spending some quality time with my family, eating loads of home-made (mom-made) yummy sweets and chats; she makes brilliant Dahi-Bhalla and Kachori chat ... Oh God!! I’m totally drooling while typing about it. Playing cards and winning the game with my brother, cousins and friends. Decorating the lights around the house with Dad and brother and making some beautiful rangoli with mum .
Beauty of Earthen Lamps- Speechless

So, now you tell me what is your idea of Diwali. How do you celebrate it? Do you always celebrate Diwali at home? If not, do that this year... your family and dear ones always miss you. And hey, don’t forget to watch this emotional short film by PepsiCo; it is suggestive of the fact that how busy we are in our lives that even during Diwali, we don’t get to spend time with our very own family. After watching this film, you will surely feel closer to home.. Don’t feel shy if you shed a tear or two, like I did.

May this Diwali brings happiness and Prosperity in your life and keeps you away from all the evils.

Visit this amazing website and you might win a chance to send a hamper to your dear ones J  https://www.gharwalidiwali.com/

Mere Tumhare Sabke Liye hai – HAPPY DIWALI !!

P.S.- Stay Safe. Have a green Diwali.

My Hair Is My Best Friend

Hi girls,
How are you all doing ??  I know you are rocking the world on your fingers ( hahah !!) Today I've a question for you all, Who is your best friend? ( What a stupid I'm asking here,  but seriously !!! ) You are all ready with your answers,  isn't it !!! But give a deep thought .... yeah!! There you are playing with your Hair .. hai naa !! I often say this, when I'm in deep thoughts I play with my hair.
If my hair aren't feeling good one day ( Bad hair days !!) .. I end up feeling sad too. and I feel like a princess when my tresses are so tamed and look gorgeous. So, I feel My hair is my best friend.

Watch this Video and whatever I just said will make more sense. #DovePlay Song

How melodious ... isn't it ? And everything said in this song is so true about our hair.

I love my hair. It is just fine. Slightly Wavy but mainly straight. Normal to dry types... Still Shiny . They act according to the weather. I mostly have good hair days, it doesn't give me hard time. But I still don't experiment much with my hair- now you may ask why ??? Well I have very thin hair - No Volume. (Its Heredity. My Mom has thin hair too )

But after watching this fun video and listening to this lovely song - I have realized how wrong I was. Baalon ki paheli hai, Khelo toh saheli hai ....   We feel so proud when get so so many compliments , because of our beautiful hair. We need To play with our hair much more than we usually do .. To grab many more compliments.
So, what are you waiting for ,.. Go Play with your Beautiful hair .. Let your Hair sing the songs which your soul has to offer.. .. let them play with #DovePlay

Curl them, straighten them .... colour them. Dont be afraid because Dove is here. Leave all your worries to Dove and play as much as you want with you beautiful Tresses.

Do Let me know What you feel about this post .. Do comment and share. Love You all.

A fun day with Indiblogger, Fellow Bloggers and Dove

Hey All!!!

I know I’ve been missing for months altogether from my lovely blog friends and frankly I don’t wish to give the excuses for that. There were some unavoidable circumstances and when those circumstances weren’t there then there was my Laziness!!! (Honestly)
lady bloggers - take a bow !!!
Anoop - one amazing guy !!!
Well well Well- Few days ago I received this mail from Indiblogger werein they invited all female bloggers for the bloggers meet in Delhi. The theme of the meet was Dove hair aware. The best thing about that email was – it was mentioned there that meet was on Sunday (the fun day u see!!) and they were offering us free food (just imagine – who says no to free and amazing food ;) and bestest part – the registration was free (cool – super cool)

Oh yeah, so I received a call from Indiblogger asking me if I can assure my presence and I was like of course why not- I’ll be there and too on time (The time was morning 10:00am – Sunday morning waking up early – feels disturbing yet its amazing )
As soon as I got over with that call I realized how long it has been that I haven’t written anything and I quickly made a head note – “Buckle up lady and start writing again” but I gave myself another excuse by saying “go for this meet – check this one out as Its going to be your first bloggers meet and write about it.”

So, here I’m writing how the meet went and what all I did. - Reached and got myself registered by just simply giving my email –id and whooppeee they welcomed me.
Then we all the pretty bloggers settled down and had bit of intro-convo + 60 seconds of fame, wherein everyblogger was asked to introduce themselves and their blogs. BTW I forgot to tell you something – I hotfooted from home so that I don’t end up missing anything at the meet and in that rush I completely forgot my cameraL. So the pictures displayed in this post are not my property.

After the ice breaking session with other fellow bloggers, Indiblogger fun guy Anoop took over (he was so amusing!!! and a charm on mike) – he made us laugh asked funny questions and even gave us vouchers and hampers …. (I know you feeling little J, isnt it ;) ).

Thereafter,  Saumya, Brand manager- Dove India took over the stage. She introduced
us the brand and its USP – 1/4th moisturizing milk in all their products. She even asked us to write our problems – life problems on the sticky notes they gave us and paste it on the soft board on the stage.
Shivani- stand up comedian

Soon after that came Shivani- stand up comedian, she made all of us laugh. Honestly, she was good but certainly not the best. The best part of the meet was the facebook app which we did and soon after that we got a nice hamper from dove people and that too according to hair needs- a shampoo and a conditioner in beautiful white pouch (totally loved it) in between we were also served with nice tea/coffee and cookies (yum yum).

Thenceforth came Dr. Rohini, Hair and Scalp expert – Dove India. She explained us about hair and the problems our hair face in routine. It was an interactive session, we asked her about our hair problems – reasons behind them and how to solve them – I will surely talk about it in detail in my upcomiong posts, so keep following.
All in all the meet was amazing I had great time wid all the ladies – so pretty, so thoughtful and ofcourse so awesome- U ROCK!!!.
Hands down to all female bloggers -  we are doing a great job
