Packaging
Oil bottle comes in a nice
cardboard packaging. The bottle is sturdy and has transparent body with the press open cap. The cap closes tightly and this oil is very convenient to travel with.
Texture
Light brownish in colour, oil is
not greasy or thick. At first it feels like a leave-in serum but its bit
heavier than that.
My Experience.
I love to experiment with oils,
so when this oil came in my mail, I was really happy because it is an organic
product with no parabens, SLS/SLES or silicons in it. The base oil used in it
is coconut oil along with bhringraj( this oil is known for its fabulous
qualities to maintain healthy long hair).
After reading the ingredients, I was
super impressed with the oil. Honestly, this oil brought back the memories of
childhood, my mom and my granny used to apply oil with kadhi pata, and methi
(fenugreek) in it.
I have been using this oil for
good 3 weeks now, and I’m impressed with its results. Only few drops are
required for the wholesome nourishing experience. It brought back life to my
hair. Hair no longer feels dry and it has curbed breakage to a great extent as
well. Hair looks shiny and bouncy again. Though I don’t feel much difference in
hair fall as the brand claims. I guess losing some strands per day is also
natural; after all, hair is ultimately dead cells.
It nourishes the roots very well
and my scalp doesn’t feel greasy. Oiling should be majorly done towards the end
of hair, just like a conditioner. This oil conditions my hair really well.
Downside to the oil is its price. Price is a bummer for the
quantity it serves. There are many brands available which provide high quality
oils but at much cheaper price. But looking at the benefits that this oil
provides, you can really ignore the price tag.
